Our Excellent Schools Strategy 2025-2028

Our current strategic priorities are:

1) Securing excellence for all our children

a) Perfecting Inclusion: ambition for all learners (including, SEND, disadvantaged, gender, high prior attainers)

b) Enhancing Curriculum and Assessment (aligned to the current Government Review).

2) Designing intentionally for excellence

a) Refashioning the Trust Offer/Improvement model (aligned to the Ofsted framework)

b) Enriching Trust and community engagement: defining what it means to be part of the Trust (strengthening partnerships with parents, governors, and external links).

3) Building essentials for excellence

a) Aligning Premises, Health and Safety across the Trust estate

b) Developing a sound Finance and Resourcing strategy in response to austerity/scarcity

c) Deepening the Digital Strategy and further strengthening Data Protection

d) Formulating an aspirational Sustainability and Climate Change Strategy.

4) Investing in excellence for people

a) Guaranteeing Performance Enablement: Striding to Excellence Perfecting Steps (STEPS) implementation and review

b) Distributing leadership within and across schools

c) Intensifying measures for recruitment and retention including an intentional approach to securing betterment in staff mental health and wellbeing.
